This Policy applies to all visitors, students, parents and partner-college representatives who use the Platform to obtain college predictions, browse college information, submit enquiries, or otherwise interact with our services. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from the Platform, including individual college websites, which have their own privacy practices.

Academic and contact details submitted via the College Predictor are typically retained for the duration of the relevant admission cycle and a reasonable period thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted internal access — designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Many of our users are students preparing for higher education and may be under 18 years of age. Where a user is a minor, we recommend that a parent or guardian assists with or reviews any submission to the Platform. By submitting information on behalf of a minor, the parent/guardian consents to the collection and use of that information as described in this Policy.
