By accessing or using the Platform, submitting your details through our College Predictor, or contacting us through any form on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for prospective students, parents/guardians, and educational institutions exploring admission-related information. If you are under 18, you should use the Platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for reviewing and approving any submission made on your behalf.
MyCollegePredict provides an informational and lead-referral platform that uses historical cutoff trends, publicly available admission data, and information you provide to generate indicative college predictions, comparisons and guidance. We are not a college, university, examination body, or government admission authority, and we do not conduct admissions ourselves.
Final admission decisions rest solely with the relevant college, university, or official counselling/admission authority (such as JoSAA, state CET cells, or individual institutions). Cutoffs and seat availability can change year to year due to factors outside our control, including changes in exam difficulty, number of applicants, reservation policy, and seat-matrix revisions.
When you submit information through our forms, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to provide it (or, for minors, that a parent/guardian has reviewed and approved it). You are responsible for keeping any account credentials (if applicable) confidential and for all activity that occurs using your submitted details.

All content on the Platform — including text, design, graphics, logos, the "MyCollegePredict" name, and the prediction methodology — is owned by or licensed to MyCollegePredict and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial use of the Platform's intended features.
The Platform may contain links to, or information about, third-party colleges, universities and counselling partners. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of such third parties. Any interaction you have with a partner college or counsellor (including admission processes, fees, or offers) is solely between you and that third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyCollegePredict and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of admission opportunity, loss of data, or loss of profit — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or reliance on any prediction, comparison, or information provided through it.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyCollegePredict, its team and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party right, including the submission of inaccurate or unauthorised information.
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Platform, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Platform in a manner that could cause harm to us, other users, or partner institutions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions.
